Common questions

Is Skein free?

Yes. The full daily practice, journal, spreads, and one deck are completely free. Additional decks, card backs, and cosmetic items are optional one-time purchases.

Does Skein work offline?

Yes. Skein is offline-first. Your readings, journal entries, and daily practice work entirely on your device. An account is only needed if you want to back up and sync across devices.

Does Skein use AI to interpret the cards?

No. Skein never tells you what your cards mean. We provide traditional symbolism, keywords, and reflection questions — but the interpretation is always yours.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Skein → Shop → tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Skein → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. Your local data on the device can be cleared by deleting the app.
